At Johnstone IDA Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings and undergarments are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account portal or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include a printed copy of your original receipt or the RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship to Pharmacy

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or bring it directly to our physical storefront.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
